Botran 15 Reserva Especial is a tasty Guatemalan rum aged 5 to 15 years. The entire production process is sustainable and takes place exclusively in Guatemala. It is made from the best virgin sugar honey (not molasses). This is followed by slow fermentation and fermentation using pineapple yeast. The rum is matured using the Spanish Solera method in a combination of ex-American Whiskey, ex-American Whiskey Medium Toasted, ex-Oloroso Sherry Wine, ex-Tawny Port Wine barrels.
