Fine sparkling wine obtained by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, it has a thin, abundant perlage and a typically fruity bouquet. The taste is soft, dry, delicate and mildly sweet. Ideal as an aperitif or served with dessert.

Cantina Montelliana e dei Colli Asolani
In the heart of the Treviso area, at the foot of the Asolo Hills and the Montello area, stands Cantina Montelliana. A cooperative of 400 associated winemakers who produce excellent wines, above all Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Prosecco DOC Treviso (both sparkling and sparkling), but also excellent quality white and red wines.
