The García Carrión family winery has been in operation since 1890, and since its inception to this day has been characterized by its innovative eagerness and, above all, by the quality of its work.
García Carrión was born in Jumilla (Murcia) as a winery dedicated to the export of wines to France, but with the passage of time it was experiencing a remarkable growth in the sector that has led it to be present in more than 150 countries around the world. After five generations the company has managed to grow to the point of becoming the number one winery in Europe.
Currently, García Carrión produces high quality wines with 11 different denominations of origin from Spain, including Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Toro, Jumilla or Cava. All their wines are made with grapes from their own vineyards spread over various points of the Spanish geography, reaching more than 500 hectares of plots.
