This new version of GinAro is much fresher and more summery than the classic. The basic concept always remains the Eurasian style: Salvia Rosemary and Chinotto for the European part, while for Asia we find Pepe di Timut and Butterfly pea flower; the latter gives it a blue color that becomes lilac when in contact with tonic water.
