Domaines Barons de Rothschild

Los Vascos Rosé

Syrah - Grenache Noir - Mourvèdre from Chile
$ 9.50
750ml
Rosé - Crisp and Dry
Colchagua Valley

A low intensity pink color is the first impression of this delicate wine. The nose shows all its expression with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and cherries. The palate is refreshing and tense, with an accompanying volume; this leaves a pleasant sensation, surprising for its persistence.

Description

Domaines Barons de Rothschild

The story of DBR Lafite is that of a family firmly rooted in the very soil it cultivates. When Baron James de Rothschild acquired Lafite in 1868, the château, its terroir, and its wines were already storied. First noted as a wine producer in the 13th century, the château earned Premier Grand Cru Classé status in 1855.

1234 – First noted as a wine producer.
1855 – Lafite earned Premier Grand Cru Classé.
1868 – Baron James acquired Lafite.

Over the past sixty years, the DBR Lafite family has grown to include new Châteaux in the region, a wine in the Corbières valley, a collection of Bordeaux wines, Les Légendes R, and has extended across the world to areas in Chile, Argentina, and China.

In every vineyard and every cellar, They extend the same spirit of hard work performed hand-in-hand with nature.
Ever united with one common ambition: to give full expression to the true character of their wines.
