Springfield Estate

Springfield Estate, located in the Robertson Valley, is renowned for its focus on producing wines that reflect the unique characteristics of its terroir. The Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc is one of their signature wines, named after the stony soils in which the grapes are grown. These soils impart a distinctive minerality to the wine, which is further enhanced by the estate’s approach of using minimal intervention, allowing the natural qualities of the fruit to shine. The wine is fermented in steel tanks, and its purity and crisp acidity are complemented by intense citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
