This unique gin is a tribute to distiller Lance Winters memories of California’s Mt. Tam coastal forest. Douglas fir, California Bay laurel, and California Coastal sage are some of the items that make up this one of a kind gin. We found aromas of woody, bark of rosemary and spicy citrus. Pungent but ultimately inviting spirit with a lush texture.
