Oude Compagnies Post is proud to be owned by the Swanepoel family, who sell their fine wines under the Swanepoel Wines brand. Since 2018, the winery has been under the management of Dirk Swanepoel, the youngest son of the family, who has perfected his winemaking craft in, among other places, the renowned Sonoma County in California. Dirk has brought an innovative approach to the property, including the introduction of the estate’s flagship White Pinotage – one of only five known examples globally. Nestled high up in the mountains overlooking the  Tulbagh valley, the vines intermingle with the local ‘fynbos’ and produce unique wines of exceptional balance, elegance and finesse.
